The RK Perfect NT press is equipped with eight offset print units, two in-line flexo
printing units for varnishing, and complete processing and finishing facilities for roll
to fold, roll-to-roll and roll-to-sheet production. This shaft-less drive press, with
independent drive motors on each of the 15 press units, has an automatic register
control system, a remote control of motorized ink fountains, full video camera systems
for image inspection and a UV drying system. The press was built in a “U”
shape for an easier operation, allowing the press operator to see the whole press
from the main control console.
